Cleanings and Preventions

Practicing good oral hygiene and eating a balanced diet are key to the prevention of dental disease.  It is continued with regular check-ups at our office that includes an exam, cleaning and x-rays preferably scheduled every 4-6 months.  Additional ways to protect your teeth are with sealants and fluoride treatments.

Key to healthy teeth and gums:

        • Brush two times a day and floss daily
        • Eat a balanced diet low in sugary foods
        • Schedule and attend regular dental cleanings.
