Payment Policy
At Dentistry by Design, we require prompt payment for all services rendered. For routine appointments such as cleanings, exams, or any dental work requiring an appointment of less than 90 minutes, your complete payment is due on the day of service. If you have dental insurance, only your patient copay is due on the day of service.
For services that require appointments of 90 minutes or more, we require complete payment before the appointment is scheduled. If you have dental insurance, only your patient portion is due before the appointment is scheduled.
Financing
For your convenience, we offer several payment options. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and Visa or Mastercard.
If you don’t have insurance or your procedure isn’t covered —don’t worry! We are pleased to work with CareCredit and LendingClub to allow you to spread your payments over several months.

Please contact our office to request a treatment plan tailored to your specific dental needs. Only after your course of treatment has been planned should you apply for financing. Doing so sooner could mean that the fee plan you negotiate will not cover your entire treatment.
Insurance
We are a Delta Dental Premier Network Provider.
At Dentistry by Design, we gladly accept and file claims for most dental insurance plans as a courtesy to our patients; however, please note that if your insurance company does not pay the estimated portion, the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the patient or account guarantor.
