Dental Assistant- $1,000 Sign on bonus

Dentistry by Design is a privately owned, patient-focused, single-doctor dental practice located in beautiful Door County. With a close-knit, family-oriented environment, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team.

Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. If you are organized, enjoy working with people, learn quickly, and are interested in healthcare, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the doctor during dental procedures

• Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms

• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection-control protocols

• Taking and processing dental X-rays

• Taking and pouring dental impressions

• Preparing materials and equipment for procedures

• Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical environment

• Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience encouraged, but not required

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication

• Attention to detail

• Well-organized and reliable

Position Details

• Full-time, year-round

• 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

• Compensation based on experience
